Referred to as the West Block (10th St. and 11th Ave.), this block will be the location of the new Weld County Justice Center. This week, the City of Greeley began demolition of the former Greeley United Methodist Church as well as the house to the west. This is part of an agreement with Weld County for a land swap, which helps both the city and the county move forward with their respective downtown projects.
