Weld County has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms to provide preconstruction and construction services for the new Weld County Justice Center in downtown Greeley.
The Justice Center project represents a significant investment in Weld County's future and is designed to meet the needs of one of Colorado's fastest-growing communities. The selected CM/GC will work collaboratively with the county and the design team throughout preconstruction to support planning, cost estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, and project delivery before transitioning into construction.
The release of this RFP marks another important milestone as the project continues to advance through design and toward construction. Qualified firms with experience delivering complex public facilities through the CM/GC delivery method are encouraged to review the solicitation documents and submit a proposal.
